PROBLEM.?

AIR SLIDE LEAKAGE

Air slide leakage at inspection doors and at joints

STEEL SILO AIR SLIDE CLOTH JAMMING

Due to presence of foreign materials on the tension cloth It obstruct the pressurization of tension cloth It leads to jamming and insufficient flow of material

AIR SLIDE CLOTH DAMAGED

Air slides cloth got damage due to continuous running (more than a year) and Due to fly ash quality problem.

LEAKAGES IN DUST COLLECTOR VENT PIPES

Vent pipe line is having lot of bends and curves which requires more power to the dust suction Its having lot of holes and patches which leads to leakages Due to leakages ,atmospheric air enters the system and it decreases the efficiency of the dust collector

Reasons:
Steel silo out let Air slide cloth are not changing periodically Steel silo air slide cloth jammed with foreign material like (waste cloths, rubber gloves ,metals) Dust collector vent pipes got damaged

Solution
Air slider cloth must be change periodically for every 6 months once. Install a rotary screen above the steel silo to remove the foreign material entering into the steel silo. Vent pipes has to be changed and bends has to reduce so that we can eliminate the leakages.
