Teacher-student relationship should begin on the first day of school and should be maintained at all time. Myint (2005) teachers need to reduce negative emotions and encouraging positive emotions among students

Teachers who remember the students name and say their name correctly will quickly build relationship with students
Teacher should be more creative to instill patriotism in the classroom among students. Share ideas with other teachers

In addition to verbal communication, teachers can use media such as letters, journals or e-mail for students to communicate or interact with the teacher.

Dinamika
bilik darjah ialah apabila sesuatu kumpulan rakan sebaya berupaya mengerakkan ahli-ahlinya bertindak mengikut matlamat yang sama.
Dalam
konteks bilik darjah, dinamika kumpulan biasanya terbentuk melibatkan kumpulan-kumpulan kecil yang mempunyai ciri, nilai, tingkah laku atau minat yang sama. Dinamika kumpulan boleh dikenal pasti melalui kajian sosiometri.
