Babu Okhil Chandra Sen shot this complaint letter to the Transport Superintendent at Sahibaganj, following which railways were compelled to introduce toilets in all lower class coaches in trains running at a speed of more than 50miles per hour. This letter is on display at the Railway Museum in New Delhi.
