Rockwell Automation Fireside Chat Wurzburg Germany February 2013 Represented the Cincinnati region and Cincinnati Partnership in the recruiting of German companies for the Executive Delegation visit to Cincinnati November 2013 WIINTECH Delegation Cincinnati April 2013 Welcomed to Cincinnati a European Union organized delegation of 8 European clusters in clean energy collectively representing over 2,500 companies in 8 countries. Organized in partnership with French partner UBIFRANCE CITCA presentation Chicago May 2013 Lead a regional delegation of communities, Cincinnati Partnership and companies to present the regional assets to the Chicago International Trade Commissioners Association to support the regions international recruiting initiatives

German and French Minister visit Cincinnati May 2013 On the ground experience of Greater Cincinnati vibrant European business community leading to enhanced visibility and high level connections for future missions (see Saxony) Festo Cincinnati - 2013 Supported the recruiting efforts of both Cincinnati Partnership and City of Mason in securing the investment of German company Festo to Mason Packology Trade Show Rimini Italy June 2013 Presented a seminar on doing business in the USA at the packaging machinery industry trade show at the invitation of UCIMA Italian packaging machinery trade association. Leveraged the success stories of Italian companies in Greater Cincinnati

Paris Air Show Paris France June 2013 Collaborated with the State of Ohio and TechSolve to present a Why Ohio seminar to European companies and support Ohio companies development in Europe UK Trade & Investment Agency Midwest Seminar London July 2013 Represented Ohio at 2 seminars on the Midwest at the invitation of UKTI along with the states of Illinois and Indiana. Coordinated presentation with the State of Ohio. Leveraged the success stories of UK companies in Cincinnati Saxony Delegation to Ohio September 2013 Organized and lead a one day program to welcome Minister level delegation from Saxony to Ohio to further economic development opportunities with a key industrial state from Germany

Meeting with 15 UK companies at invitation of UKTI Chicago September 2013 Invitation by UKTI to UK Consul General residence to meet 15 UK companies looking to develop a U.S. presence Business Attraction from Finland November 2013 Welcomed to Cincinnati the Economic Section Chief from the U.S. Embassy in Helsinki Finland and set up a community partner meeting to position Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky as a location of choice for Finnish companies seeking to establish a U.S. location Executive Delegation from Germany November 2013 Support the Cincinnati Partnership in the program development, company attraction and presentations for German companies visit to Greater Cincinnati
