1.4 Cac khai nim ct loi ca Marketing


1.4.1 Nhu cu (Needs)

Cu hin hu (Existing)
La dang cu hin tai ma doanh nghip ang cung ng va tha man cho khach hang. Cu tim n (Latent): la dang cu se xut hin nu san phm c tung ra th trng. Khi san phm c tung ra thi cu nay c tha man va tr thanh cu hin hu. Cu phi thai (Incipient): Xut hin khi nay sinh vn t kinh t, xa hi, chinh tr, tn giao, v.v tao ra. Vi du: gia xng tng se co nhu cu mua xe tit kim xng.
