What is PA?
PA or Performance appraisal is one tools to track the performance of our member. This is the easy way to set up the member target and development that our member want to get This PA setting in every quarter PA output will be reported on Talent Review In Talent Review we will know our member development, and which phase them base on performance
What is CAT?
CAT or Competencies Assessment Tools is one of tools that AIESEC use for track the competencies of our member. This CAT make base on Global Competencies Model We also do this in every quarter CAT Output will be report on Talent Review In Talent Review we will know our member development, and which phase them base on performance

Pre-PA
We do this in the 1st month-1st week of each quarter You must fill 2 sheet: Assessment Report Sheet: Consist of Basic data of member, KPI and Target, Pre CAT Individual Development Tracker: Consist of Development Area, over all goals, and agree/action step that member will take to achieve their goals of development.

what kinds of development your member want in this quarter (personal)? Asking what kinds of development that they need for support their JD (professional)? Asking what kinds of GCM that they want to improve in this quarter?
After knowing the goals, setting action step for each development area to achieve the goals. Just write everything that member want to do to achieve their goals and also may your member will asking help from you to achieve their goals.

We do this in the end of each quarter (Last Week) You must fill some sheet

Fill the Achievement, You will get direct number of PA. (Remember!! Be Honest, because TM Will asking directly and want document prove if need it, also really important to know your performance of your member and will giving feedback what must be improve) Fill Post CAT Consist of CAT and 360 Assessment. If not have 360 Assessment will consider as Zero CAT.
Fill Pool of Skill with value A, B, C, D, and E. See the explanation in Pool of Skill sheet. Fill Feedback Space Assessment Report Sheet is DONE!!!
Here we do cross check about development area. Fill the result coulomb State the result: God/Achieve ( Green Color), So-So (Yellow Color), and Bad/Not Achieve (Red Color)
Please fill the data of Member PA Score CAT 360 CAT Invitation
NEXT MUST DO Make PA for every single person in your functional. 1 Person for 1 PA. Collect all PA of Your Member. Make it in one folder. Send it with .rar/.zip document.
PA is DONE
Time to send it to Talent Management People who responsible for this and cc to Vice President Talent Management
