Managerial and Academic Implication

Doctors are the precious assets for our country if the doctors of well
reputed hospitals are migrating to developed countries then there is need
to retain in their home country and providing the resources because if
more qualified doctors are shifting to other countries for providing their
services then there is a loss for our economy as well as loss for the whole
nation. This research study will help the doctors to know about the
importance of these variables and they will also focus on these variables
before migration.

Limitation and Future Research
This vast concept cannot be judged effectively by lower sample size and
lesser cities of Pakistan.
Time is also a limitation for our study because more time is required for
larger sample size and for desirable results.

Conclusion
The results of this study have important implications for the doctors and
government as well as they could know about the mobility of professionals
from Pakistan. This study can be beneficial for the government as they can
consider the factors of brain drain and can make measures to eradicate it
for the progress of the nation. They also can set strategies through which
they can reduce this dilemma.
