INTRODUCTION
This file contains a series of elements that are included in
a e-portfolio, in addition, it presents informations about
Noe Antonio Coreas professional life, including personal
statement, educational background, experiences, and
technological resources.
E-PORTFOLIO
E-portfolios are a valuable learning and assessment tool. An e-
portfolio is a digitized collection of artifacts including
demonstrations, resources, and accomplishments that represent an
individual, group, or institution. An e-portfolio is more than a simple
collectionit can also serve as an administrative tool to manage and
organize work created with different application and to control who
can see the work. E-portfolios en courage personal reflection and
often involve the exchange of ideas and feedback. (Lorenzo and
Ittelson, 2005)

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Noe Antonio is 21 years old. He studied elementary and
junior high at Centro Escolar Pr y Dr Efran Jovel from 1999
to 2007. Then, He continued studying high school. He
studied high school at Instituto Nacional Canton Tierra
Blanca from 2008 to 2009.
He is studying Bachelor Degree in English at Universidad
Gerardo Barrios.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Many people look at the profession of being a teacher as one that is not really
good, but that is because of our culture. However, the goal of education
should be to encourage students to look for answers. I particular emphasize
learning in a natural way rather than rote memorization of facts.
I have to bring enthusiasm to the classroom, if I do not do it, who would do
it?, besides I have to encourage students to learn by their own, I mean
students can learn by themselves, searching information on the web, reading
books, writing whatever they want, they might do that without waiting the
teacher to tell them to do that.
