victory.
CHAPTER-I
LAYING PLANS
 Art of war is of vital importance to the corporate.
 Governed by five constant factors.
 Moral law
 Heaven
 Earth
 The Leader (Commander/CEO)
 Method & Discipline
 Which army/corporate is stronger (morally and
physically)
 On which side are officers & men highly trained.
 Greater constancy both in reward & punishment.
 As circumstances are favorable modify your plans.
 All warfare is based on deception.
CHAPTER- II
WAGING WAR
 He who wishes to fight must count the cost.
 If the campaign is protracted, the resources of the
corporate will not be equal to the strain.
 We have heard of stupid haste in war but cleverness has
never been associated with long delays.
 Skillful soldier/executive does not raise a second levy.
 In order to kill/defeat the enemy, our men must be roused
to anger, for defeating the enemy, they must have their
rewards (motivation)
 In war the object is victory not lengthy campaigns.
 Leader of the armies is the arbiter of the peoples faith,
the man on whom it depends whether the nation/corporate
shall be in peace or in peril.
