for restoration of the properties in litigation at Andrewsganj with MS Shoes East Ltd. and
its promoter Pavan Sachdeva

public money held by Hudco received from MS Shoes East Ltd. and its promoter Pavan
Sachdeva
MS Shoes East Ltd. paid Rs. 68.68 crores from July, 1994 Feb., 1995 to Hudco as 40%
of the allotment consideration but Hudco did not perform their obligations instead
forfeited the said amount illegally.
The Trial Court has held against Hudco and has given relief to MS Shoes East Ltd. by
holding the illegal cancellation and forfeiture.
Pavan Sachdeva turned as lawyer for MS Shoes East Ltd. to make the company turn
around and Pavan Sachdeva appeared in Hudco cases as well as the arbitration against
the underwriters.
The illegal forfeiture made MS Shoes East Ltd. to close its export business but presently
the company has revived its exports business to the fullest.
Presently MS Shoes East Ltd. has a authorized capital of Rs. 200 crores and paid up
capital of Rs. 145 crores out of which public shareholding is 5%
Today MS Shoes East Ltd. and its promoter Pavan Sachdeva has no debtors and has no
liabilities whatsoever towards any banks/financial institutions or any other debtors
MS Shoes East Ltd. has applied for listing at all stock exchanges namely Bombay Stock
Exchange, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, Madras Stock Exchange, Calcutta Stock
Exchange & National Stock Exchange
MS Shoes East Ltd. was always listed at Delhi Stock Exchange and now has also been
listed at U.P Stock Exchange.
MS Shoes East Ltd. and Pavan Sachdeva has no debts and as such no cases are pending
for any recovery instead MS Shoes East Ltd. is on the growth higher levels.

report which was accepted by Court on 30.9.1998

before the courts that the forfeiture of Rs. 68.68 crores was illegal

Ministry of Urban Development had accepted at the time when BJP was in power the
dual treatment to MS Shoes East Ltd. viz-z-viz Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd.

Ministry of Law & Justice also justified at the time when the BJP was in power to settle
the disputes with MS Shoes East Ltd. in respect of properties at Andrewsganj.
There are no cases whatsoever of any nature pending against MS Shoes East Ltd. or its
CMD Pavan Sachdeva
MS Shoes East Ltd. has come a long way to reach the higher graph back to its exports
and import business from all over the World
None of the investors of MS Shoes East Ltd. have any complaint pending against MS
Shoes East Ltd.
MS Shoes East Ltd. has even offered to buy the shares from the public

plans to export large quantities of consumables to Iran through the efforts made by
Pavan Sachdeva

registered due to an enthusiastic Suptt. of Police Y.P. Singh who registered the false case
favouring one of the business rival of Pavan Sachdeva.
