declaration of what the organization is
trying to achieve in long term.

Vision statement of Boeing company


states that
“Vision for Boeing in 2016 is people
working together as a global enterprise
for aerospace leadership”
Mission statement
 An organization mission is the reason for the
organization existence.

 It tells what the company is providing to society.

 A mission statement answers the question such as


who we are? Why we are? what we do ?how we do it ?

Mission statement of New Port shipping company says


“we shall build good ships here- at profit we can –at
loss we must-but always good ship “
