Latar Belakang

Saat ini perkembangan busana di dunia sangatlah pesat, hingga gaya berbusana tersebut telah
mempengaruhi budaya dan gaya busana kalangan masyarakat umum saat ini.jarang sekali kita
temukan remaja yang menggunakan batik sebagai gaya busana keseharian mereka,bahkan hanya pada
even even tertentu saja para remaja mau menggunakan busana batik.
Permasalahan di atas menjadi salaha satu factor yang memberikan inspirasi bagi penulis untuk
membangun sebuah usaha bisnis yang prospektif. Usaha ini berupa penjualan baju batik khas daerah,
daerah,
yaitu sebuah produk yang muncul dari ide kreatif penulis.produk ini berupa baju, dengan bahan dasar
kain dengan di tambahkan motif batik dalam kain tersebut, sehingga menambah kesan eksklusif dan
stylis pada baju tersebut.

Rumusan Masalah

Bagaimana merancang suatu embrio bisnis di bidang fashion khususnya baju.


Bagaimana memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan produk baju yang stylis dan eksklusif
Bagaimana merancang baju yang stylis dan eksklusif yg sesuai dengan kebutuhan
masyarakat yang stylis,eksklusif,unik, kreatif dan inovatif.

Luaran yang Diharapkan

Penulis mengharapkan luaran dari usaha ini adalah


Bisnis inovasi baju dengan menggabungkan dan batik dengan penanaman
estetika budaya daerah setempat dalam balutan busana modern yang
berkembang pesat

Tujuan
1. Mendapatkan suatu embrio bisnis di bidang fashion khususnya baju
2. Memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan produk baju yang stylis dan eksklusif.
3. Mendapatkan rancangan baju yang stylis,eksklusif, kreatif dan inovatif yang
sesuai dengan selera masyarakat, khususnya kalangan remaja.

Kegunaan

Produk kain Batik membuat penggunanya tampak fashionable dengan perpaduan


antara busana modern dengan busana tradisional,sehingga mampu meberi kesan
stylis dan eksklusif bagi penggunanya..
Suatu bentuk embrio bisnis sebagai contoh pengembangan kewirausahaan
mahasiswa yang kreatif dan inovatif. Pada tahap pengembangan usaha lanjutan,
produk dari usaha ini dapat didiversifikasi dengan memproduksi berbagai jenis
produk fashion lainnya.

Keunggulan Produk Kami


Keunggulan dari produk kami adalah penggabungan antara
gaya busana modern yaitu batik ciri khas daerah dengan nilai
estetika jati diri daerah tersebut yaitu batik, sehingga mampu
memberikan kesan eksklusif dan stylis bagi penggunanya.

3.1 Metode Pelaksana

Pra pabrikasih motif bati


Dalam tahap ini, penulis akan melakukan beberapa kegiatan untuk inisiasi pembuatan baju yang dimulai
dari survey pasar. Dalam survey ini, tercakup kegiatan survey bahan (kain
(kain,, Batik, dll), survey pasar
(mengenai desain yang menarik bagi pembeli secara customize,
customize, dan survey penjahit yang bisa dikontrak
untuk pembuatan baju kain Batik, serta survey tempat pemasaran yang cocok).
Fabrikasi kain Batik
Pada tahap ini, awalnya akan dibuat desain-desain dari tiap-tiap Baju Denim Batik sesuai dengan
positioning Baju kain Batik ini. Pola juga dibuat berdasarkan desain yang diusung. Desain yang sudah
jadi oleh penulis akan diberikan ke tukang jahit yang disewa. Jadi dalam tahap ini fabrikasi dilakukan
dengan cara menyewa ahli jahit yang dibayar untuk membuat Baju kain Batik hasil sesuai desain yang
dibuat agar hasil yang didapatkan sesuai dengan spesifikasi.
Mulai Membuka dan Memproduksi Baju kain Batik
Pada tahap ini kami memulai membuka pesanan dan siap untuk memproduksi Baju kain Batik dari
pembeli

pemasaran batik Kami akan menetapkan teori marketing 4P yaitu

Kami akan selalu memberikan penawaran yang menarik minat pembeli.

KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

Pelaksanaan PKMK ini telah mampu meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa


khususnya yang penuh kreativitas dan inovasi sehingga dapat menjadi bekal untuk
menghadapi hidup mandiri setelah selesai studi. Mengingat prospek dari usaha ini cukup
bagus.Kepada semua pihak apabila ingin me mbuka usaha yang serupa, saran dari
penulis adalah lakukan itu dengan baik dan lebih teliti melihat permintaan pasar dan
keinginan pasar, sebab hal tersebut sangat berkaitan dengan keberhasilan dari usaha
yang akan dijalankan.
