Definition for innovation

Innovation is defined as the generation of new


ideas , or the application of existing ideas to a
new situation , resulting in improvement to a
services , programme,structure , product and or
system
The term innovation means a new way of doing
something. It may refers to incremental ,
radical and revolutionary changes in thinking ,
product , process or organizations. A distinction
in typically made between invention , an idea
made manifest , and applied successfully.

Evolution of nursing
The term nurse stems from the Latin word Nutrio
which means to nourish.
The evolution of nursing dates backs to 4000 BC
to primitive societies in which mother nurses
worked with priest.
Around 500 BC Buddha was born in India and
formed many religious orders
Hospital were first established in the eastern
Roman Empire st.Jerome was responsible
through care of his disciplines,Fabiola,for
