PROLIFERATING FOOTFALL
Forest Essentials, a high-end line of Ayurvedic Personal care products had
recently established a Store at T2 Mumbai (At Level 4 at International
Departures)
Problem Statement:
The brand, known for its Indian Roots with International standards would be the
ideal last-minute pick up souvenir for every Traveler , travelling outside of India.
However, The store was surprisingly hitting a lull.
Rectifying Measure:
The key issue to be tackled was to increase the foot fall into the store.
This calls for an awareness creation signage to let the travelers know of the
presence of the store and a brand re-call aid.
We had suggested to opt for few options right before the duty free area to
create a sense of reminiscence in the minds of the Travelers that will compel
them to check out the store
End Result:
Their Store Foot fall increased by 10% in the first month of the campaign.
Since then, They have been seeing a steady increase of 5 to 7% increase in
footfall m-o-m.
They have even signed a long term deal with us for the package opted along
