How do you plan to get the buy in

Sensitise - defence services, grievances, why close

Personal buy in- we could be in their shoes
Every grievance to be handled, nothing ignored
To be sent to HODs for fact finding and revert with in a
specified period
If not reverted to, a computer generated alert,
pushed, revert.
If frivolous, to revert back to complainant with facts.
Close case.
If genuine, escalate to Minister for further direction
Take up during HoDs meet and tracked quarterly.
