Method of obtaining listing of property

Method 1 : From other agency

We managed to work together with JS Valuers Property Consultants Sdn

Bhd , Real Estate Agency division to obtain listing and upon closing deal we
will get 60% of the commission . We agreed Joint Agency where we can obtain
more listing to increase our network and profit.

Method 2 : From the internet

We took some of the listing from iproperty.com , propertyguru.com and

mudah.com to increase our network and listing . Upon closing the deal , we will
share a 50% basis of commission with the agent of the listing .
