PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Bobbin case and bobbin may hamper the production.

Various bobbin related problems are as follows:
Wrong Type of Bobbin.
Bobbin Thread is Low or Out.
Bobbin is Over wound.
Bobbin Case Not Properly Inserted into the Machine.
Bobbin Tail Too Short.
Improper Bobbin Tension or Dirty Bobbin Case.
Damaged Bobbin Case.
No track of bobbin
Thread bunching or "Birds nesting "of thread under
the fabric.

New bobbin can be issued while sewing for a new

style and when change in colour of bobbin is required.

Bobbin change process Standardisation.

Bobbin tracking : Giving each bobbin and bobbin

case a number or marking in order to identify the type
and compatibility.
