    Since April ..

    Mock Audits

    A total of 2152 audits have been done by


    the training manager and feedback
    shared.
    A total of 570 audits have been done by
    the department heads and the managers
    and feedback shared with the team
    Department wise records of each team
    members score is being maintained.
    This score to be part of the ABAFs for the
    OTs.
    GM and RDM/HOD to meet all team
    members below 80% score to understand
    their shortfalls and meet all above 955 to
    appreciate them.
