Why would I place the cameras

there?
Underwater
Cameras

Diving Board
Cameras

Pool Side Panning

Camera

The reason why I

would place the
cameras underwater, is
because you can get
footage from what is
going on inside the
swimming pool and
you can probably see
the swimmers better,
because there is
probably less splashing
under the water.

The reason why I

would place the
cameras beneath the
diving boards, is
because when the
swimmers finish, you
can see their faces
after the race. The
cameras can get
capture how the
swimmers are feeling
afterwards.

The reason why I

would place the
camera beside the
pool and panning
sideways across the
pool, is because you
can get a full and
wide view of the pool
and the swimmers
when they swimming.

Why would I place the cameras

there?
Crowd Cameras

Entrance Cameras

The reason why I

would place the
cameras facing the
crowds, is because
you can pan and
zoom in , capturing
the excited looks on
the peoples faces
when they are
cheering the
swimmers on.

The reason why I

would place the
cameras near the
swimmers entrance to
the pool, is because
you can show the
swimmers making their
grand entrance to the
pool and all the
swimmers get shown,
because they are all
important to the event
that would be starting.

Diagram of a Studio Show

(Friends)

What's the difference between a

Live Event and a Studio Show?
Live Event
Way more cameras, like
probably nearly 20.
Cameras might break the 180
degree rule frequently.
Cameras move (pan) a lot to
capture as much footage as
possible.
Cameras might be connected
to cranes, to capture

Studio Show
Less cameras, limited to only
like 3 to 4 cameras.
Cameras dont break the 180
degree rule.
Cameras dont need to pan a
lot, because the show is in
front of them.
Cameras are connected to the
floor, because the action is
just in one place.
