A Cluster of 2-3 Rest Houses can be lease out for 3 years involving
private sector/ investors upon some specific ToRs/Formal
Agreement of TCKP. In case of satisfactory performance, lease can
further be extended for another 2 years
Management transfer to successful bidder
Entire operations/maintenance and O & M charges will borne by successful bidder
Net Lease amount will be paid to TCKP
Name and TCKP logo with slight changes, will be allowed to the lessee
This arrangement will ensure ownership of the provincial govt on the property as well
as will generate decent income relieving the provincial govt of O&M cost
This is by for the best option recommended for consideration
RECOMMENDED OPTIONS
Long term lease for 5/ 7 years extendable to further 3
years
A Cluster of Rest Houses can be lease out for a longer
period of time; at least 5 to 7 years extendable to further 3
years upon satisfactory performance
This option can be exercised on the successful completion of the short term
leases with the firms having satisfactory performances
