The games of this series lack of defined


objectives (except some expansions that
introduced this style of play).

The player created characters called "Sims" and interacts with them by
placing them in houses and helping them to meet their moods and trying to
fulfill their desires (or the contrary).

Players can place their Sims in


prefabricated homes or build
themselves. Each expansion
increases successively what
players can do with their Sims.

Death
When a Sim dies the objects in your inventory are automatically
moved to the inventory of the next of kin. The player can choose a
funeral. The Sims can become ghosts to die. Each neighborhood
includes a cemetery. The types of death that there are up to now
are:

Death by age (when the Sim dies by old age; ghost gray-white)
Death by starvation (ghost purple pink)
Death by fire (ghost orange)
Death by Electrocution (ghost yellow)
death by drowning (ghost celeste)
Death by curse of the Mummy (ghost dark gray)
Death by meteorite (phantom black with parties oranges)
Death by thirst (ghost intense red to which it seems that he beats

Features
The traits are personality characteristics that can be assigned to the Sims.
You can select between 60 traits. Each time that a Sim advances a vital stage
will be assigned a new feature.
If a child had a good childhood, the player may choose the trait. If not, the
game will be assigned one at random. Some traits give them special abilities,
such as racing or steal)
