    1. Communication skills Eg: How do you start to take the
    requirements?
    2. Negotiation Skills Eg: How to you convince you are the
    right candidate ?
    3. Managerial Skills Eg: how do you showcase your
    dashboards / previous works ?

    1. Analytical Skills Eg: Do we have the proper skillset
    minds to perform the tasks involved?
    2. Problem Solving Skills Eg: Do we have the quality
    team to identify the risks, issues involved ?
