Coring recovery performance at Heavy Oil Project:

Rumbi well directional problem:

Missed well target.
Re-drilled with additional cost +/- US$ 250K.
Post Mortem review already done.
Mamburungan 2012-1 well target problem:
Missed communication with sub surface.
Post Mortem review already done.
Lagan Deep 1A preparation in less than 1 year. The fastest critical
well project preparation in MEPI.

2013 Organization Review

GET-7 training and OJT. Training instructors are
fully in house.
One Drilling Supervisor non engineer
(Supriyanto) assigned to Oman, as part of
development.
Assigned internal Drilling Supervisor for Lagan
Deep night co-man.
Rotation 2 WOWS engineers to drilling engineer.

Rig & Support Review

Minimized Dreco Rig operating cost during stand-by:

Released outsourcing crew.
Utilized employee crews to the others project.
Dreco Rig opex:
2012 : US$ 92 K; 2013 : US$ 35K (fyi).
SKPI Emsco & Dreco Rig.
Optimize by only one crew to operate Emsco & Dreco Rig.
Close out AFE in 2013:
