1. Common Law: bases on tradition, judge-made
precedent, and usage and it assings a
preeminent position to existing case law.
2. Civil Law : is based on a systematic and
extensive codification of laws.
3. Theocratic Law: relies on spiritual and
religious traditions.
4. Customary Law: more intelectually incline,
philosophical.
5. Mixed Law: engages 2 or more systems

BASES OF RULES:
1. The rule of man: explains how the ruler and rules were
synonyms since the beginning of history.

2. The rule of law: is a hallmark of a democratic government,


holds the governmental authority.
