Presentation/Demonstration:

Presentation is the pre-arranged meeting where a


salesperson or sales team presents the detailed
informationaboutaproductorproductline.
Demonstration is an exercise to prove the
characteristicsoftheproduct.

Definingobjection
Gainingconsensus
Presentingsolution
Finalizingdeal.

Closing:

Themainoftheclosingistoconvincetheprospect
and overcome the objections to sign the sales order
form.
