Statement of the Problem


How will the student know if a faculty is available or busy
for consultation?
How will the students interact with the professor in an out-ofclass scenario without having difficulty in finding them?
How will the students find and call a professor without
disturbing the other members of the faculty?
How will the student know if a faculty is inside or outside the
faculty room?

Scopes and Delimitations


SCOPES
1.
The study covers the provision of a systematic way of inter personal interaction among
students and faculties in the College of Engineering in Bulacan State University.
2.
The study covers interaction for student matters concerning school works and also the
concept of inquiry regarding thesis consultation, grade consultation and other subject
related matters.
3.
The study covers the understanding of RFID technology, microcontroller technology and
wireless networking.
DELIMITATIONS
4.
The study does not cover provision of the student and faculty lounge but only the inquiry
and notification process.
5.
The study does not cover the guest which is a visitor or a student of the College of
Engineering of Bulacan State University.
6.
The study does not cover the presence monitoring of the faculties outside the faculty room.
7.
Though the study covers the indication of the presence of the faculty in the faculty room, it
does not cover the attendance monitoring of the faculty for their log duties in their daily
time record.
