Dave Weckl: Who is He?

Born January 8, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri (age 56)
Began working professionally at age 16
Studied at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut
After quickly gaining recognition in the New York club
scene, Dave got his first big gig (playing with Michel
Camilo in French Toast) thanks to the recommendation
of Peter Erskine, the rest is history.
