DELAYING GRATIFICATION
Delaying of gratification is a
process of scheduling the pain
and pleasure of life in such a way
as to enhance the pleasure by
meeting and experiencing the
pain first and getting it over with.

ACCEPTING LIFES
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accepting responsibility simply means
accepting that:
You have a problem, an issue or a
challenge and that it is up to us, and
no one else, to solve it.
You cannot solve life's problem except
by solving them.
You must accept responsibility for a
problem before you would be able to
solve it.

ACCEPTING LIFES
RESPONSIBILITIES

You cannot solve a problem by hoping


that someone else will solve it for you.
No problem can be solved until the
individual assumes the responsibility
for solving it.
When you refuse to be responsible for
your action, the responsibility waits for
you until you are responsible enough
to responsibly handle it.
