CRYPTOGRAPHY
The science of using mathematics
to encrypt and decrypt the
sensitive data.
Mainly categorised as: Symmetric
key cryptography and
Asymmetric key cryptography.

Symmetric key
cryptography

Symmetric key
cryptography
Advantages:
Simple and Faster.

Disadvantages:
Less secured.

ASYMMETRIC (PUBLIC)
KEY CRYPTOGRAPHY
Also known as :Public key cryptography.
In this ,a pair of keys is used to encrypt and
decrypt a message so that it arrives securely.
A user has two sets of cryptographic keys :
public key and a private key.

PUBLIC KEY
CRYPTOGRAPHY

PUBLIC KEY
CRYPTOGRAPHY
Advantages:
1. More Secured.
2. Authentication.
