TO START
To start I had to answer the question:
What made a coach great?

This was the harder part because in that field or that question can come

with many many different kinds of byes opinions.

I fond that once you somewhat got your foot in the right direction, or

towards the question the rest came along easy.

GREATNESS?
For many of the greats I found out that all of them shared a few traits
The love to win
The love for their athletes. Such as developing them into the leaders of the future
A great example is Urban Meyer and Tim Tebow.

And MORE importantly the love for the game that they are coaching.

HOW A COACH CAN BE

CLASSIFIED AS GREAT
How coaches can be great through the records that they brake or even the

mile stones they set.

But many of the Great are loved more for the character or the love they

show to their athletes.

Such as after a big win or even more commonly the last game a senior or an

athlete will ever play

WHAT MAKES A COACH

GREAT?
A coach is great because of the lives that they have touched in their

coaching or even through them being the fatherly figure some never had.

The intelligence and the skills they use to make sure their athletes are

always they are at the top of their game.
