Goals for the Company:
Increase per unit cash distributions to NuStar partners
Promote internal growth by enhancing the utilization of currently owned
assets
Provide complementary operations
Continuously improve safety and asset integrity
Recent Performance:
In February 2014, they sold their remaining ownership in Asphalt JV to
Lindsay Goldberg L.L.C (this was their exit from the asphalt business).
Revenues in 2013 were down $2,482,004 from 2012
They reported an operating loss of $19,121
Could not find anything mentioned about new markets or new products.

petroleum industry. Stock prices fluctuate frequently but
at a very small amount. This is a safer than most, long
term investment.
