maintenance.

Strainers are used for the removal of undesirable particles

in the fluid or steam such as rust from piping or
manufacturing debris.

Strainers are required upstream of pumps, steam turbines,

spray nozzles, steam traps and control valves with small
fluid passageways. Strainers are used in water, lube oil and
steam lines.
