SAP HANA, BO-BI & Mobility Sandbox Access Mechanism

Since these instances are hosted in SoftLayer Dev / test zone, the first step of getting access to this environment is get the
VPN access in Softlayer
For that, the requester needs to raise a ticket in this link below :
https://ticketing-in.dst.ibm.com/change/other
choose the Agreement name as SL: GBSC SAP HANA and mention your internet email id ( xxx@in.ibm.com ) which needs only the VPN
access
Once it is processed, the requestor will receive a mail from Softlayer with the user id / password and also the details of how to
login to the VPN
Then depending on the requirement one need to take an approval from one of the designated leads mentioned below in order
to get the access.
