Cabinet should be stocked to at least 50% at all time
New Guideline: Look at 50% of overall baskets, not
individual basket.
For example,
If the cabinet has total of 15 small baskets (refer
photo on the right), then to Pass Cabinet Fill, 8 small
baskets must be filled in with ice-cream SKUs (8/15 =
53%).
If all the baskets are only half-full, then take 2 halffilled baskets counted as 1 full basket.
