Female, 45 yo came to ER because of

decrease of consciousness. A day before

admission, she was seizure with both of
hands were bend (tonic seizure), her
mouth was closed tightly, and her eyes
was looking upside. Seizure occured during
one minute. After the seizure she went and
could communicate well, but she only felt
fatigue. A day before seizure, she felt
nausea and vomit after took her meal.

She was diagnosed with DM in 2011 when

she had unhealing wound on her second
finger in right hand. At that time, she went
to general practicioner (GP) but she only
given drugs to heal the wound without
OAD. Her body weight was decreased
since she was diagnosed with DM.
2 weeks ago she went to general
practicioner because of wound in her left
leg, and she given antibiotics to heal the
wound.

 She works as an employee in

bentoel. When she felt tired she
usually drink some jamu. And she
usually eat 3 times a day (@4-5
spoons)
She is married and has 4 children.
