Possible fonts

Other album covers that share a similar concept as mine of scenic and natural photography with
simple and contemporary light weight sans serif type face positioned centrally on the cover is a style
that appeals to suit my concept as well for my initial idea(s) of a front cover. The flourish of a straight
line is also used which makes the cover look more sophisticated and modern, which is another
characteristic that makes the cover look attractive. The fonts are very symmetrical and balanced
because of its features like fixed width and even stroke. So I could use this font and have found some
similar ones I could potentially use.

This cover uses a similar concept to the sans serif covers, but the only difference is that there are
serifs on the font. These serifs give the font a more traditional and formal look, therefore adding to
the organic and traditional conventions of the genre. The covers I looked are mostly used
Baskerville transitional serifs or didot modern serifs, these give a cleaner and more contemporary
look therefore lean towards similar connotations that I have just talked about for the sans serif
fonts. Again the type face is positioned centrally on the cover, and with both fonts the point size
isnt too big, this is so it doesnt dominate and distract the viewer from the scenic photography.
