TAUGHT IN PUBLIC
SCHOOLS?

STOP!
Hold off all misconceptions, bias opinions,
and preconceived notions that are
flooding into your head.
We are not adhering nor favoring any
particular religion as teachers.
We are TEACHING about the immense
variety of religions present in the world,
just as we do the wide variety of math
techniques, scientific theories, and
historical events.
The 7 Key Points Made
Teasing about religious differences starts as early
as kindergarten.
Religion plays a role in history, literature, and
current events.
The United States religious makeup is changing.
Americans are woefully uneducated about religion.
Schools must understand the differences between
celebrations and education.
World religion can be taught at very young ages.
Schools can find ways to make these teachings
meaningful.
