Focus Group Research

After making 3 front cover to take to my focus group, the most well
received was my Bruno Mars front cover. The focus group said it
looked very professional and stylish. They particularly liked the
colour scheme and the layout of the magazine.

Since the focus group said this cover was the best I thought I would
focus my magazine on looking as similar to that one as possible. The
cover that I brought them on my second visit to the focus group was
well received but said there was obvious room for improvement.
They said that the main issue was he photo, it was good but it could
be better. Using better lighting, angles and props would improve this
cover dramatically. If the photo was less close up then it would allow
the layout of the page to be better. To improve my grade I want to
take another photo and tweak the layout.
