Well, Im interested in this career because my brother is studying it and he talk me about it
so I decide that I want to study it.

I investigate about the career and it say that the petroleum engineer
The Petroleum Engineer is the professional who has the knowledge to enable you to carry out,
programming, implementation and management of the processes of exploitation of
hydrocarbons, water and geothermal energy, they dig oil wells to give economic benefits the
country and provide for potential ecological damage to the environment.
Their principal activities are:
Exploitation of hydrocarbons:
Plans to develop fields and oil fields, in addition to determining the location of wells drilled.

Exploitation of aquifers:
Optimizes the rational exploitation of groundwater.

Geothermal exploitation:
 OIL RIGS

An oil rig is a huge structure whose function is to extract oil and natural gas
deposits in the seabed which are then exported to the coast. It also serves as
housing for the workers who operate in it and as telecommunications tower.
