Comparison to drawn drafts
With my front cover did follow my drawn
draft but I also added more to it, for
example I didnt know what coverlines I
was going to include I just drawn a
section for my coverlines, but in the real
version I put them in other places as well
like the bottom right of the magazine, and
because of this I placed the barcode on
the other side of the magazine to use the
empty space and put the date of the
magazine also.

Again in my front cover I followed codes and
conventions with direct mode of address to make
the magazine have more imiticy with the reader, I
also followed codes and conventions with the
image as it is in the centre of the magazine with
the image covering a bit of the masthead, but
there were still some differences as it was my first
issue I needed to give the reader some features to
make them want to buy them like the issue
number at the top of the page and the pug also at
the top of the page which can be seen while it
was sitting on the shelf.

Comparison to drawn draft
With my contents page a lot of changes
happened from my drawn draft to the
final version of my dps, I was going to go
for a two column contents page but I
noticed that there was way too much
white space so I decided to change it to
three column and include a auditorium
for the third column and I decided to use
3 different images rather than one, to
make the contents page have more
content.

In my contents page I did follow codes and
conventions but there were still some
differences as because my magazine was
the first issue so I had to include a bit more
to entice the reader, for example I included
a auditorium and social media accounts as
well as more images to show that there was
more content to make the reader feel like
there was a lot of content in my magazine to
make it feel like it had more value.

With my double page spread I again kept with my drawn draft to most
of the article with a few minor changes, for example I later decided to
do a QNA article, and changed the title and I never included the stand
first in my drawn draft, I also never mentioned the masthead a caption
or pull quote in my drawn draft because I didnt think I needed one or I
forgot in my plan but when I was making my dps I noticed that it
looked plain or I couldnt insert a pull quote so I used it as a caption
instead, I also wasnt going to follow a colour scheme with my dps but
because I then changed it to a QNA article I decided to follow the same
colour scheme as my front cover and contents page being red, black
 c+c for dps
In my dps I did follow a lot of codes
and conventions as I didnt know
what else to do, however I did make
the page more appealing with
different colour for the questions to
make it stand out for the reader to
make it easier to read which question
they wanted
