Acute hemorrhage in the left areas of intracerebral hemorrhage in the
gangliocapsular region with right lentiform nucleus with surrounding
surrounding white matter edema and effacement of the adjacent
hypodensity consistent with cortical sulci and right sylvian fissure.

intraventricular extension of hemorrhage.
