Log in Form
In log in form there are one (1) Combo Box, Three (3)
Labels, Two (2) Textboxes, and Two (2) Buttons.
The user must select their prospective user type in
combo box.
Next, the user must input their username and actually a
password in two Textboxes. Remember dont forget your
username and password.
Log in Form
Then, if done, you click the Log in button. Remember in
the two user types there has an assign form. By admin
user type he/she can access all the transaction form
and by student user type can only access a studentlist
form.
If you want to change your account just simple click the
red link label write Change Password and Username?
After doing that there are several form pop up in. say
NOTE: After Changing the Account the System will
Shutdown!
Log in Form
Click okay to proceed or cancel to back in log in form.
If okay another form will pop up at your screen
ChangePassandUsername Form.
Required your student ID, Current Username, New
Username, Current Password, New Password, Confirm
Password and then save or back if you dont.
