E-MAIL FOLDERS Have e-mail folders set up to organize: Spam; Inter-office; Event Reminders; Policy Changes; Announcements; Out of Office; Priority. PRE-SET E-MAIL FOLDERS Set up e-mails to go to specific folders Keep inbox clear for priority and time sensitive e-mails Ex; have spam go straight to spam; Announcements straight to the announcements folder STAY PRODUCTIVE! Turn off e-mail notifications to stay focused Use auto-replies for non-essential emails File away e-mails that have been taken care of Close e-mail page when you need to focus on other work.
