The hours spent on activities does affect an individual's GPA and
amount of sleep they get. When individuals participate in an above average number of activities, they tend to have lower GPAs and below average hours of sleep. When individuals participate in a below average amount of hours of activities per week, they tend to have an above average GPA and get the above average number of hours of sleep per night.
