- Keep it simple, dont overcomplicate. This is very important.
- Focus on soft skills and leadership development of the line managers
(TL&D)

1. Discuss & Understand Project Brief so Everyone is on the Same

2. Select Appropriate Company (according to the criteria in the
Project Brief)
3. Research/Identify Current HR Best Practices at the Company
4. Suggest Strategies for devolving these to the line managers
(vertical) and
ensuring Horizontal integration by using change models

COMPANY SELECTION
- Criteria: Strongly Branded, Western Origin, Has Current HR Best
Practices Implemented at Top Management Level (Centralized),
Information Should be Available on the Internet, Basic Organization
Structure should be available.
WORK DIVISION & OVERALL
STRATEGY
- Identify One HR BEST PRACTICE each (per group member)

- Read/Research on it (internet)

- Suggest Strategies for Devolving The Role to the Line Managers

& Creating Inter-departmental synergies

- Make One Presentation Per Person & Present to entire group.


Debate, Discuss & Integrate
BASIC RULES &
- Frequent Meetings (Skype & In Person)
- Divide Work, but everyone does everything (so the entire group is
on one page)
- Re-read the Project brief weekly
- Create Actionable & Timed Goals for next meeting at the end of
the previous one.
- Adhere to Weekly Deadlines and summarize meetings on
Whatsapp
- Identify Two Presenters ( )
- Ensure the Final Presentation is Ready by Feb 24, 2016. After that
focus on rehearsing & delivery.
