All projects need starting events to clarify goals,
responsibilities, and even operating procedures.
Prior to the first project team meeting, a review of the
project by team members should point out holes in the
project plan.
At the very start of the project, the project plan should
address major problems, whether financial or political.
Focused, productive and informative team and individual
meetings are the only way to get things started on the
right track.
