various intensities of training and you can
c h o o s e w h i c h l e v e l fi t s y o u r c o n s t i t u t i o n . T h i n k
about it. All you need is a little time to ponder
w h a t b e n e fi t s y o u c a n g e t f r o m t r a i n i n g a n d a
little time each week to experience Shuseikan
Aikido.
