layer

- Drag the picture to the previous
background
- Press Ctrl + T to resize the picture
- While drag the picture, use Shift button to
maintain the image of the picture.
- Design the background up to your
preferences and press Enter button
- To adjust the opacity, select Layer in the
menu bar and select Layer Style
