1) Mr. Pradeep Bhandari - Chairman
Mr. Pradeep Bhandari is the Chairman of Proteam Consulting. He is a fellow member of ICAI
(Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) since 1979, a law graduate with rank and
graduate in Commerce. He has vast experience for over three decades in the field of Audits,
Taxation – Domestic and International, corporate laws. He has served as Founder Secretary,
Chairman of Southern Regional Chapter - International Fiscal Association, India Branch and
National Executive Committee Member of International Fiscal Association, India Branch. He has
served on National Executive Committee of “All India Federation of Tax Practioners”.

2) Mr. Piyush Bhandari – Chief Executive

Mr. Piyush Bhandari, Director, Proteam Consulting, is a fellow member of ICAI (Indian Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India) since 2003 and post graduate in Commerce. He has worked
with the corporate finance division of the Sanmar Group – a leading business conglomerate in
South India, for over 3 years. He was also awarded the ‘Young Managers Award’ by Madras
Management Association in 2005. He has excellent experience in Assurance & Advisory,
International Taxation, Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. He spearheads the Cross
Border Advisory and International Taxation.

3) Mr. Lalit Jain - Director

Mr. Lalit Jain heads our Mumbai operations and is a fellow member of ICAI (Indian
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He specializes in Corporate Audits, Indian
tax laws and Project Finance.

4) Ms. Anvita Anand – Head Operations, Dubai

Ms. Anvita Anand heads our Dubai operations and is an MBA from IMED, Pune
University. She is a rank holder in her economic specialization and human resources –
graduation level.
She specializes in Business Setup services, Offshore Structuring and Executive Search.

5) Ms. Yasmeen Shaik – Consultant, Dubai

Ms. Yasmeen Shaik is our consultant – business setup services and based in Dubai. She
is a graduate from University of Goa. She has wide experience and understanding of the
legal structures and advises clients on entry strategies and compliances.
