In the NBA there are a total of 30 teams. Each NBA team is allowed to dress 13 active
players for each game. 2 additional team members are under contract, yet not eligible for
the game. First I created my equation using X to represent the total number of players.
Then I added together the total active players and the additional contractual players not
active. Next I multiplied the answer by 30 to give myself the answer of 450 contractually
obligated players in the NBA.
